The beginning of Anastasia Patricia's started in 2001 in my West Chester PA apartment where I began my quest to make the perfect cheesecake for my now husband.
I was raised surrounded by food and family - having very close ties to my grandparents. Both of my grandmothers had a very strong influence on me and contributed to my passion for food and entertaining.
After years of perfecting the cheesecake batter I decided to put the focus on the crust to enhance the flavor of the batter. The only way I could accomplish this was to make different crusts from scratch.
Everything is made from the very best of ingredients in small batches - Enjoy!
